The tuck rule is finally gone! More than a decade after the controversial (and confusing!) rule caused the Oakland Raiders to lose a game to the New England Patriots in the NFL Playoffs, the league's teams voted to eliminate it. Of the 32 NFL teams, 29 voted to eliminate it, one voted to keep it (the Pittsburgh Steelers), and two abstained from voting (the New England Patriots and the Washington Redskins).
