The Dodgers fan that you see in the clip above is "fighting a tough battle" right now, according to the description of the YouTube clip. We won't speculate about what he's suffering from, but he's definitely going through some sort of health issue. So we're so glad to see a guy like Matt Kemp doing something nice for him. Even though the Dodgers lost 9-2 to the Diamondbacks last night, Kemp still made time to run over and sign an autograph for the fan after the game and then proceeded to give him his hat, his jersey, and his cleats. What a guy and what a moment.
