I haven’t been keeping up with much of the Royals’ World Series parade today, because…#LetsGoMets. But even I can’t deny the greatness of the speech that Jonny Gomes made during the parade. Gomes didn’t play at all during the MLB Playoffs and can’t take much credit for Kansas City’s dominance throughout the postseason, but that didn’t stop him from delivering an epic speech while holding an American flag and then dropping the mic at the end of it.
