Late last month, Donovan McNabbgot charged with DUI after getting into an accident in Arizona. But before he did, he tried to offer up every excuse in the book for why he was behaving strangely that night. To his credit, he remained pretty cool, calm, and collected given the circumstances. But he use everything from "I got a cold" to "I was just trying to go home" in an effort to try and get himself out of what was coming to him.
Eventually, the officer in the video decided that he had heard enough and placed McNabb under arrest:
