Derek Jeter just published a story about his dog Kane on The Players’ Tribune. It features him talking about how hard it is to take care of a new puppy and the joys of having a dog and blah blah blah. All very enlightening stuff if you love animals. But Jeter definitely buried the lede (on purpose, we suppose) when he dropped this line into the story and confirmed the recent reports about his engagement to Hannah Davis:
Yes, one of the most eligible bachelors on the planet just confirmed that he's tying the knot...in a story about his dog. What. A. Time. To. Be. Alive.
