Conor McGregor Goes Off in Facebook Statement, Reveals He's Not Retiring

Earlier this week, Conor McGregor sent out a cryptic tweet about how he had “decided to retire young”:

Since sending it out, it has been retweeted more than 160,000 times, and UFC president Dana White has done countless interviews about what McGregor’s tweet actually means. But McGregor himself hasn’t provided any further comment on it, so UFC fans have been left to wonder whether or not he was actually serious about calling it quits.

Today, he sent this tweet out:

And he followed it up with a long statement about how he's NOT retiring. It sounds like he's simply tired of doing interviews and press conference and, basically, everything except preparing to fight. Here's the statement he posted on Facebook:

Stay tuned if he's able to work his way back onto the UFC 200 card. If he is, it'll be an even bigger event than it was going to be before all of this went down.
