Calvin Johnson is about to be paid. After the monster season he had last year, the Lions reportedly just signed him to a contract extension worth $132 million—including $60 million in guaranteed money—over the next seven years. The new contract makes him the highest-paid wide receiver in NFL history, besting the $120 million deal Larry Fitzgerald signed with the Cardinals in 2011. And we're betting that won't be the only history he ends up making as an NFL receiver. So, kudos to the Lions for giving him a long-term deal.

Now, can we hold a dollar or two, Megatron? Please?
