You might remember Adam Morrison as one of the biggest busts in NBA Draft history. His former Bobcats teammate Jared Dudley remembers him a little bit differently.
Yesterday, the Wizards forward made an appearance on 106.7 The Fan in Washington, D.C. and was asked to name the most disgusting guy he ever played with. And he was very quick to answer.
“Adam Morrison,” he said. “Remember Adam Morrison?”
Of course, Jared. But what was so disgusting about him?
“He never took showers…”
Ew.
“…he did the chewing tobacco that he spit all the time…”
Yuck.
“…and he wore the same three polos the whole year."
WTF?
Dudley continued: "This is a guy who made a lot of money, too, at that time. He was the face of diabetes, he was doing everything, he was on the cover of college games. He was [everywhere], and he was by far the worst and [most] disgusting.”
So disgusting that, according to Dudley, his teammates had to force—yes, force—him to shower after games.
“Gerald Wallace had to force him to take a shower one time,” he said. “Had to force him. Imagine that. Imagine forcing a grown man to take a shower. He should be ashamed of himself.”
Apparently, he wasn’t that ashamed. But how do you take part in an NBA game and then not shower, man? Gross.
