taking Apple to court in 2009 over unauthorized music downloads, the Detroit rapper and his publishing company have reached an agreement with Audi after suing the German automaker for biting off Chrysler’s “Imported From Detroit” ad. Audi’s spot for their Avant A6 was shot in the same style as Chrysler’s ad and even uses the guitar riff from Em’s “Lose Your Self” hit. The exact terms weren’t disclosed, but Audi will be donating money to Detroit charities as part of the settlement.
