Republican presidential candidate Marco Rubiohas a detailed plan to "fix" the nation's health care system, which is fitting if he's going to be out here throwing footballs at children and hitting them in the face.
OK, so this was probably more the kid's fault than it was Rubio's, because the pass was thrown softly and with enough of an arc to where no real damage could have been done.
But when you're a politician trying to win over as many voters as possible, taking out a kid with a football will never not be hilarious.
