On top of being a professional soccer player, Sarah Gorden is a self-described sleep connoisseur.
As a defender, Gorden describes her style of play as fast and loud, which is the antithesis of how other defenders are known for playing the game. So, after crushing it on the field how does she recover? Simple, by getting quality sleep.
Gorden spoke with Complex about how important sleep is to her and for her athleticism. Gordon already gets nine to 10 hours of sleep, which is due in part to being matched with the perfect mattress, thanks to Mattress Firm.
