Hulk Hogan's ex-wife, Linda Hogan, is breaking her silence on the WWE superstar's death, saying she never got over their split and is "melting down."

Linda took to Instagram, commenting on her own post of the couple she put up just days before Hulk's death, writing, "I had no idea he would pass away this soon. We all really thought he would make a come back! Big surprise. We are all devastated. It’s hitting me so hard. I loved Hulkster more than he loved me."

She continued, "I never got over him or started a real relationship w anyone .. I missed HIM!"

Hulk had clearly been on Linda's mind over the years, as she posted the photo of the two on July 19 with the caption, "The good old days!"

In her comment, she continued, "I’ve been weeping all day. The finality. It’s just shocking. We spent every minute together for so many years."

Hulk and Linda were married from 1983 to 2009, and went through a nasty divorce. They were not on speaking terms at the time of his death. The couple had two children together, Brooke and Nick.

Linda continued, "I still felt .. although broken .. we still were a family. It’s so hard to know he’s just gone. I tried to stay strong for Nick .. but I’m melting down now. It’s very sad. I love you Hulkster. You were my man. The only man for me. RIP"

Hulk's death on July 24, after he reportedly went into cardiac arrest at his Clearwater, Florida home, sent shockwaves through the wrestling world.

The legend was honored during a broadcast of WWE's Monday Night Raw on July 29 with a 10-bell salute and video tribute sharing some of the highlights from his career. Nick was present for the honor, but Linda and Brooke were not in attendance.
