Former Los Angeles Lakers star Derek Fisher and his wife, Gloria Govan, have officially parted ways with their Los Angeles home.

The lucky buyer was able to scoop up the five bedroom and 4.5 bathroom crib for $2.85 million. The home was built in 2021 and is an entertainer's dream with plenty of features both inside and out.

Jordan Cohen of RE/MAX handled the sale for Fisher and Govan and listed it back in January at $2,999,995. The listing boasted, "This beauty has been upgraded and professionally designed to the max. The tremendous center island kitchen opens seamlessly to the Great room and boasts top of the line cabinetry, counters and appliances. The great room is graced with soaring ceilings, floor to ceiling fireplace and pocket doors."

The home's backyard truly looks like something out of a resort—with a beautiful pool, spa, basketball court, outdoor kitchen, putting green and outdoor fireplace.

Located in the gated Canyon Oaks community of Chatsworth, the 5,691-square-foot home also features two indoor loft spaces and towering ceilings in the living room.

Fisher and Govan started dating back in 2015 after each had recently become single following divorces— Govan from NBA player Matt Barnes and Fisher from Candace Fisher.

The pair got engaged in 2018 but had to postpone their April 2020 wedding due to the COVID pandemic. Finally, in 2021 the pair was able to finally tie-the-knot in a ceremony with family and close friends at Cielo Farms in Malibu, California.

Fisher was an important piece in helping the Lakers win three consecutive NBA championships, teaming up with Kobe Bryant and Shaquille O'Neal. He later went on to play with the Golden State Warriors and Utah Jazz before returning to the Lakers from 2007-2012. Fisher officially retired from the NBA in 2014, but later went on to work in broadcasting.
