Saquon Barkley has been showing up in more places than just the backfield this season.

According to Campaign Brief, the Philadelphia Eagles running back is now front and center in Beats’ latest global campaign, joining fellow NFL stars Justin Jefferson and Jayden Daniels to launch the new Powerbeats Fit earbuds.

The ad leans into comedy as the two rehearse their single line of dialogue, showcasing their athleticism. The real twist comes when Daniels unexpectedly swoops in and lands the gig, underscoring the product’s ability to stay put even under game-speed conditions.

John McKelvey, co-founder and CCO of MIRIMAR, the ad agency behind the campaign, described the project as a chance to merge performance with entertainment.

“The Beats team worked with us closely to develop an entertaining product demonstration of star athletes competing to be the hero of that demo,” McKelvey said. “Uniting comedy, entertainment, and craft with SNL and NFL superstars to make a piece with cultural impact and genuine earned media potential, all while keeping Powerbeats the true star of the show.”

For Barkley, the Beats spot adds to a growing list of ad campaigns, proving he's a breakout superstar for the Birds, and on more than just the gridiron.

Just weeks earlier, he starred in Little Caesars’ latest push, riding an animatronic deer through a highway scene to hype up Cheesesteak Crazy Puffs. The campaign leaned into offbeat humor, even challenging the running back to nail a Philly accent while delivering his lines.

The ad marked the return of Little Caesars’ “Deal Deer,” a character voiced by Tory Thompson, who this time worried more about traffic than philosophy.

Agency creatives told the Clio Awards official website that Barkley cracked up during filming, especially once he was trotting on set with the deer, making the spot one of his most memorable commercial appearances yet.
