Former NBA champion Chris Bosh and his wife, Adrienne, are facing a lawsuit filed by their ex-personal assistant, who claims the couple ignored her reports of sexual assault and subjected her to abusive working conditions.

According to Yardbarker, Olga Kirpicheva, 34, states that she began working for the Bosh family in 2017. In her complaint, she alleges years of mistreatment, including what she describes as a toxic environment that left her suffering from “debilitating panic attacks.”

According to the lawsuit, filed in California last month, the situation escalated to include two alleged incidents of sexual assault that she says were brushed off by the Boshes.

Kirpicheva claims that a male relative of Chris, who was also on his payroll, repeatedly made unwanted advances toward her. She alleges he “pressed his groin against her” and propositioned her on multiple occasions. When she told Adrienne, the filing says Adrienne “laughed” rather than taking corrective action.

A second alleged incident took place in August 2022 during Chris' youth basketball camp in Indiana. Kirpicheva says a coach associated with the camp came to her hotel room around 1:45 a.m., claiming he was returning rental car keys. Once inside, she alleges the man forced himself on her until she fought him off and shouted, causing him to flee.

According to the complaint, she attempted to report the assault to Chris but was deliberately avoided. “There’s not going to be a Monday for me,” Chris allegedly told her after she asked to speak privately.

Beyond those incidents, the suit accuses Chris and Adrienne of requiring Kirpicheva to work long hours without breaks, verbally abusing her, and retaliating when she resigned.

She says the couple locked her out of a Texas apartment they had provided, preventing her from retrieving her passport, work permit, and Social Security card until a court order was issued.

The Boshes have denied all allegations, filing a response on September 11 claiming Kirpicheva engaged in “employment-related misconduct” and “fraud,” and that she had “abandoned” her belongings.

Chris, 41, played 13 NBA seasons, winning two championships with the Miami Heat alongside LeBron James and Dwyane Wade. His career ended in 2016 due to blood clot issues, and he was later inducted into the Basketball Hall of Fame.

Kirpicheva is seeking damages for emotional distress, unpaid wages, and retaliation. The case remains ongoing.
