If you’ve got $35 and a Kevin Durant obsession, a listing in Oklahoma City may look like a once‑in‑a‑lifetime deal.

According to The New York Post, the four‑bed, four‑bath townhouse once belonged to the NBA legend during his Oklahoma City Thunder era. It officially hit the market in late May with an attention‑grabbing sticker price of, yes, thirty‑five bucks.

The microscopic tag, of course, is pure marketing. Listing agent Ieasha Larkpor of Thunder Team Realty says the number was chosen to lure basketball fans into a bidding war. Larkpor has already fielded 22 formal offers, and the current owner, who snapped up the property from Durant in 2017 for $1.15 million, expects final bids to land near the seven‑figure mark.

Durant originally bought two adjoining townhomes on the block in 2012—the same season he carried the Thunder to the NBA Finals. He unloaded this 3,904-square-foot unit five years later, shortly after signing with the Golden State Warriors.

The present seller, a former neighbor and admitted Kevin Durant fan, has kept much of the superstar’s furniture and artwork intact, transforming the space into a mini-museum for devoted collectors.

The three‑story brick residence sits five minutes from Paycom Center, features a private elevator, and stretches luxury touches across two full kitchens, a pair of living rooms, and a two‑car garage. Durant’s edits remain, including an extra‑tall glass shower and an extra‑long soaking tub—both sized for a 6‑foot‑11 frame. Ownership also unlocks access to a clubhouse and an aquatic center inside the gated community.

Location and provenance aside, the property’s most significant talking point remains the $35 teaser. Realtors call the tactic “choose‑your‑price” marketing: list impossibly low, really spark headlines, then watch the offers climb. Hundreds of curious shoppers have called, some believing the figure was real, while many hoped for a deal. However, only serious bidders willing to clear a million will be considered serious buyers.
