Laila Ali is making another power move outside the ring.
Deadline exclusively broke the news that the former world champion boxer and television personality has signed with Paradigm Talent Agency for representation, setting the stage for her next chapter across media and lifestyle.
Ali, who retired undefeated with a 24-0 record and 21 knockouts, has long since proven she’s more than just a name in boxing. She’s built a career that touches food, sports commentary, publishing, and wellness—all while carving her own space in entertainment.
Fans can currently catch her on Food Network, leading Chef Grudge Match, a winner-take-all showdown where chefs go head-to-head in a single round.
It’s just the latest in her growing TV presence. She’s a two-time Chopped champion, has sat in the judge’s chair on Top Chef and Beat Bobby Flay, and fronted her own award-winning series All In With Laila Ali.
She also hosted Home Made Simple on OWN and appeared on CBS Sports Network’s We Need to Talk.
Her perspective as a fighter remains important in sports media. Recently, she broke down the Katie Taylor vs. Amanda Serrano bout, offering analysis that streamed worldwide on Netflix. Paradigm says Ali’s versatility and presence make her a natural fit for original projects explicitly built with her in mind.
The new deal will further propel Ali into television, branded content, publishing, and digital platforms, with wellness and empowerment remaining at the core.
She continues to work closely with her business partner, Amber Noble, who manages her speaking engagements and advises her across all areas of her career.
In 2021, Ali joined her father Muhammad Ali in the International Boxing Hall of Fame—cementing a legacy that spans both family and sport. Now, however, Ali seems to be making clear that her ambitions extend beyond the ring.
