Another piece of Hulk Hogan’s Clearwater Beach compound is now up for sale.
Two months after the late wrestling icon’s primary waterfront residence was listed for nearly $11 million, the smaller neighboring home has hit the market for $4.5 million.
The three-bedroom beach house sits directly beside Hogan’s main property at the north end of Clearwater Beach, giving buyers a rare opportunity to purchase one half — or potentially all — of the late wrestler’s Florida compound.
The second property, described in the listing as a “charming beachside cottage,” spans more than 2,000 square feet and includes three bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a swimming pool, spa, and private beach access.
Unlike Hogan’s larger three-story mansion, which featured marble floors, expansive balconies, and an elevator, the cottage leans into a more casual coastal look. White walls, exposed wood beams, hardwood floors, and oversized windows give the home a lighter, more relaxed feel.
According to the listing, the property was used as a guesthouse rather than being incorporated into Hogan’s primary residence. A hedge separates the cottage from the neighboring mansion, while a white picket fence lines the rear of the property along the beach.
“This charming beachside cottage is located on the highly sought-after north end of Clearwater Beach, offering the ultimate Florida lifestyle with direct, private beach access just steps from your back door,” the listing states, per Realtor.com.
The cottage joins Hogan’s larger waterfront mansion on the market. That home, listed in January for $10.989 million, was where Hogan was living with his wife, Sky Daily, when he died on July 24, 2025, at age 71. He collapsed at the property and was later pronounced dead at Morton Plant Hospital.
The two houses were purchased several years apart. Hogan bought the larger mansion in 2012 for $3.33 million, then acquired the neighboring cottage in 2016 for $1.6 million.
Combined, the two parcels total roughly 0.3 acres of Gulf-front land. In theory, a buyer could purchase both properties and create a larger single estate.
The sale comes as Hogan’s family continues to sort through his estate and investigate the circumstances surrounding his death. Court records previously revealed that Hogan’s son, Nick Bollea, was named sole heir to much of his father’s estate, though the Clearwater properties were not included among those assets.
Nick and Hogan’s widow, Sky Daily, have also sought extra time to investigate a possible medical malpractice claim connected to the wrestler’s final months. The family has said they are examining whether complications from neck surgery, including what Daily described as a compromised phrenic nerve, may have contributed to Hogan’s declining health.
