High-profile matches and louder-than-usual crowd reactions have marked CM Punk’s latest run in WWE, but the close of Raw took a turn that has fans concerned.

According to UPI, after the broadcast ended, Punk appeared to suffer a significant injury inside the ring, leading to a tense scene that played out in front of the live audience.

The final segment of the night saw Punk and Jey Uso teaming up against Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed of The Vision. The match itself ended in a double count-out, but the real shock came just moments later.

As the brawl continued outside the ring, Logan Paul made his return to the fray, this time wearing his signature brass knuckles. What initially appeared to be a supportive move quickly shifted into something else. Paul struck Punk in the jaw with the knuckles in a sudden heel turn, knocking the World Heavyweight Champion straight to the mat.

The cameras faded out shortly after, but fan footage showed Punk remaining down longer than expected. Witnesses reported that Punk was slow to lift his head and appeared dazed, clutching his jaw while officials moved toward the ring.

Jey Uso stepped in to help guide Punk to the back, and the concern on his face was noticeable.

The uncertainty now centers on whether the injury was planned as part of the ongoing storyline or if the strike made real contact. WWE has not released an official medical update, leaving the situation open to speculation.

Punk has taken on an increasingly demanding match schedule since his championship win over the weekend, which also increases the possibility of a legitimate injury, although CM Punk is known for his commitment to kayfabe.

As of this writing, the only confirmed facts are Punk’s noticeable pain on his way backstage and WWE’s silence on the matter.
