Ciara and Russell Wilson are moving on from their Southern California chapter and doing so in record-setting fashion.
According to The Wall Street Journal, the couple has put their expansive Rancho Santa Fe estate on the market for $54.9 million, a price that—if met—would make it the most expensive home sale ever recorded in San Diego County.
The property, which spans close to nine acres, is tucked inside a private gated community near the Del Mar Country Club. Wilson and Ciara purchased the estate in 2021 for $14.5 million and spent the following years reimagining it from the ground up.
The result is a roughly 30,000-square-foot compound that blends luxury living, athletic training, and creative space into one meticulously curated environment.
Referred to as Amor Estate, the Mediterranean-style main house includes seven bedrooms and a dramatic central entry with towering ceilings.
Inside, the home is built for entertaining, with oversized living areas, covered outdoor walkways, and a club-like game room and billiards lounge complete with a full bar.
The primary suite is its own retreat, featuring a fireplace, glass-front walk-in closets, and a dedicated glam room, according to listing agent Brian Guiltinan of The Guiltinan Group.
The estate goes well beyond a traditional luxury setup. One of the standout features is a private football field, created when Wilson transformed a former equestrian arena into a personal training space. The grounds also include a sports court, expansive lawns, and multiple outdoor recreation areas.
Ciara’s creative world is reflected in a professional recording studio located on the property, while wellness gets equal billing through an on-site fitness center equipped with a sauna, cold plunge, and spa-style amenities.
Outside, the home leans fully into resort territory, with a pool and waterslide, a pizza oven, and a game pavilion filled with playful touches like a candy bar. A two-bedroom guesthouse and a 10-car garage round out the compound.
Though initially built in the early 2000s, the home underwent a full redesign overseen by Wilson and Ciara. Guiltinan described the finished product as resembling a private luxury resort rather than a single residence.
The sale's timing aligns with the couple’s relocation to the East Coast. Wilson, who spent nearly a decade with the Seattle Seahawks and won a Super Bowl in 2014, signed a one-year deal with the Pittsburgh Steelers last season and joined the New York Giants this year.
The couple previously sold their lakefront home in Bellevue, Washington, for about $30 million in spring 2024.
