CeeDee Lamb and his girlfriend Crymson Rose went viral Thursday night after a clip from the NFL Draft showed him snatching his phone out of her hands. Many assumed it was her attempting to look through his phone, which he quickly denied her the opportunity to do. Atlanta Hawks point guard Trae Young particularly took great joy in seeing the brief moment gain traction on Twitter.
"Bruh said 'nahhhh what you doin,'" Young said alongside a retweet of the video. In the replies, someone pointed out that Young previously dated Rose, explaining why he found the clip so funny.
CeeDee was quick to shoot down all the speculation about the moment, however, simply tweeting, "Y'all really gotta chill wasn't even like dat."
As TMZ reports, Rose explained that she was not trying to snoop around on his phone while he was distracted. "His agent was facetiming him while he was on the phone with the Cowboys," she said. "I was doing the GF thing gonna answer it for him sheesh."
