David Stern kicked off the 2012-2013 NBA Season with a gaffe. Before the start of the Miami Heat's ring ceremony, Stern wanted to send a special shout out to those affected by Sandy. Instead, he gave a shout to Katrina survivors. Nice one, Stern.
