Craig Sager's Doctors Have Told Him He Likely Has 3 to 6 Months to Live

Pray for Sage.

Craig Sager was diagnosed with cancer in April 2014 and has been in a fight for his life ever since. His son Craig Sager, Jr. helped his father's cause by giving him a bone marrow transplant, which allowed Sager, Sr. to get back on NBA sidelines with his funky suits. His battle is far from over, though.

Just yesterday, HBO's Real Sports with Bryant Gumblereleased a trailer which shows Craig Sager telling Bernard Goldberg that his battle with acute myeloid leukemia isn't finished. Today, more sad news has leaked from tonight's episode.

In that same interview, the 64-year-old sideline reporter also told HBO that his doctors recently gave him just three to six months to live. However, Sage hasn't given up hope. Read the full quotes below and tune in tonight for the full episode.
