First Take cohost Molly Qerim is reportedly parting ways with ESPN at the end of 2025.

Qerim, who has been a host on the popular sports talk show since 2015, was offered a contract by ESPN, but she chose to move on, sources told Sports Business Journal.

Qerim returned to her seat on the set of First Take in July after going on vacation. The 41-year-old shared a post on social media saying it was time to "shut my brain off" and be with family.

”Another NBA szn in the books. Thank y'all for rocking with us 10 yrs & counting. Time to work on my tan-lines, shut my brain off & be with the fam. See ya in a few weeks. Grateful always, MQ," she wrote at the time.

Qerim started working at ESPN in 2006 in the digital and mobile division before moving to the news team in 2008, according to SBJ.
