Kevin Durant has been on some of the best teams of this decade. So, goading the newly minted member of the Brooklyn Nets to pick a superteam out of the superteams he's already been a part of is no small ask. Luckily, KD was up for it when he dropped by the podcast Knuckleheads. He picked a starting 5 that might not roll over every team in the NBA, but would definitely contend for a title immediately.

He started with Kyrie Irving, who he recently joined in Brooklyn. Beyond that, he picked the offensive powerhouse and record-setter in James Harden, Draymond Green, himself, and Serge Ibaka.

"We could switch everything on D and we got all world scorers and facilitators. We can block shots," he said, by way of explanation. "That's a perfect team."

KD notably left off perhaps his two most famous former teammates. Steph Curry and Russell Westbrook were nowhere to be found. However, if he opted to pick one of the two to come in off the bench, we know exactly who he would pick. While speaking with Serge, Durant said that he thinks Curry is the better point guard.

"He can shoot better," KD shared matter-of-factly.
