The definition of gambling is any activity or practice of playing a game of chance for money or other stakes.

If you're one of the millions who enjoy playing daily fantasy sports and still believe it's not gambling, instead arguing that it's a game of skill and legal under a loophole in the 2006 Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act, HBO's John Oliver would like to point out the hypocrisy of such a belief.

"The idea that daily fantasy sites are using this law to claim they're not gambling is not chutzpah, it's horseshit," said Oliver.

During a 19 minute segment devoted to the increasingly popular and controversial sites Sunday, the Last Week Tonight host expertly pointed out the many ways DFS should be considered gambling including how Draft Kings has applied for and received a gaming license in the United Kingdom and their website, according to the Nevada Gaming Control Board, "once had search engine optimization phrases with multiple instances of the word 'betting.'"

The recent controversial revelations about how difficult it is for average fan to win big money on the sites was also covered when Oliver pointed out how only 1 percent of DFS players are reportedly taking home the majority of the money.

If you can't make it through the entire segment, which we highly recommend you do, it's definitely worth watching to see Seth Rogen hilariously play a daily fantasy sports degenerate.
