Former Dallas Cowboys head coach Jason Garrett has found a new job.

According to ESPN's Ed Werder, Garrett has been hired as an offensive coordinator for the New York Giants, joining the team's new head coach Joe Judge. "I am humbled and honored," Judge said when the news of his hiring was announced. "My job is to lead our players and coaches. The mission is clear, to win games. There is a process to reaching that objective, and we will implement that process and work that process starting today."

The 53-year-old Garrett was previously on the Giants as a player from 2000-2003.

Garrett was offensive coordinator for the Cowboys starting in 2007. He got the head coaching job for the team in 2010 and was let go from the head coaching position earlier this month. "We are extremely grateful to Jason Garrett for his more than 20 years of service to the Dallas Cowboys as a player, assistant coach and head coach," Jerry Jones said in a statement at the time. "His level of commitment, character and dedication to this organization has been outstanding at every stage of his career."
