Sunday night, "Rowdy" Ronda Rousey became the new WWE Raw women's champion. It was a historic victory, as she's the first woman to hold championships in both the UFC and WWE. Rousey dominated Alexa Bliss to claim the crown.

Rousey, 31, made her in-ring WWE debut at WrestleMania 34, and she's already one of the WWE's biggest stars.

Rousey, the first female fighter ever inducted into the UFC Hall of Fame (an honor she claimed earlier this summer), confronted Bliss, Charlotte Flair, and Asuka at Royal Rumble in January, at which point ESPN revealed the former UFC star had signed a deal with the WWE. She "signed" her contract in late February at the Elimination Chamber pay-per-view, after a run-in with Triple H and Stephanie McMahon.

In an interview with TMZ, Rousey's husband, Travis Browne, said it's been an amazing career move, and his wife is genuinely happy.

"I think she's the biggest name in WWE right now...she loves (the WWE)," Browne said. "It's definitely a new chapter in her life, and this is one of the first times I've seen her truly enjoy the ride. She's not super stressed, with all the stress that fighting brings, you're working up to this moment and can't wait for that moment to be over so you can celebrate, where right now she's in full celebration mode all the time."
