Jalen Ramsey Blasts Josh Allen: 'That’s a Stupid Draft Pick to Me' (UPDATE)

Jalen Ramsey seems to think only a handful of the quarterbacks in the NFL are decent, and he made that opinion very clear in a new interview with 'GQ.' Ramsey called out Josh Allen, Ben Roethlisberger, and Matt Ryan, among others.

UPDATED 8/15/18 2:15 p.m. ET: Eli Manning, whom Ramsey also criticized, has subtly responded. Here's what Ramsey said about the Giants QB: "It's not really Eli. I think it's Odell [Beckham Jr.]. I won’t say Eli's good. I'll say Odell's good. And their connection is good."

Manning had a hilarious response...

See below for original story.

Earlier this summer, the Buffalo Bills tweeted a video of first-round pick Josh Allen throwing his first pass as a Bill. Jacksonville Jaguars corner Jalen Ramsey quickly tweeted, "that's a pick waiting to happen." Ramsey later deleted the tweet, but his sentiment was clear.

The former Florida State defensive back seems to strongly dislike Allen. Need more evidence? Look no further than his recent interview with Clay Skipper of GQ, in which Ramsey opined that Allen, whom the Bills selected No. 7 overall in this year's draft, is "trash." Here's Ramsey's full diatribe against the rookie:

Talk about a hot take. Allen, as you'd expect, said the comment didn't bother him because Ramsey isn't on his team.

But Ramsey wasn't finished chastising opposing quarterbacks. He also called out Joe Flacco, whom he said "sucks."

"I would've picked [Lamar Jackson] earlier than 32. I think he's gonna do a good job," Ramsey said. "Especially with the [Baltimore Ravens'] offensive coordinator—he likes running quarterbacks, likes that read option. And just being honest about it, [Joe] Flacco sucks. I played him two years in a row. He sucks."

He also said Ben Roethlisberger is "decent at best" and Matt Ryan is "overrated."

There are only a handful of QBs Ramsey thinks are not terrible: Tom Brady, Aaron Rodgers, Russell Wilson, Marcus Mariota, Tyrod Taylor, Kirk Cousins, Derek Carr, DeShaun Watson, and Carson Wentz.

The Bills and Jaguars will play Nov. 25 in Buffalo. Rest assured Bills Mafia will be excited to see Ramsey.
