Antonio Brown Calls Out 'Clown' Reporter for Injury Report

NFL players have been mighty sensitive with the media this summer. Shortly after Jacksonville Jaguars defensive back Jalen Ramsey was suspended for threatening a reporter, Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Antonio Brown has called out another reporter.

NFL players have been mighty sensitive with the media this summer. Shortly after Jacksonville Jaguars defensive back Jalen Ramsey was suspended for threatening a reporter, Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Antonio Brown has called out another reporter.

Ed Bouchette, a longtime Steelers beat writer, of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, tweeted Monday about Brown limping off at practice.

Brown clearly didn't take kindly to it, calling out Bouchette for "making shit up."

But it appears Bouchette's report was accurate, per Adam Schefter.

Bouchette later added that Brown was not seriously injured.

Brown, however, was still upset about the report Tuesday morning.

Bouchette's report was typical of the news-sharing that always comes out of open practice sessions, so it's strange that Brown got so defensive.

Last season, Brown caught 101 balls for 1,533 yards and nine touchdowns. The 30-year-old has qualified for five consecutive Pro Bowls and has garnered four straight First-Team All-Pro honors.
