Sega will open the doors to its first flagship store in Japan this week and to celebrate, it has tapped Timberland to create a very limited Sonic the Hedgehog-themed six-inch boot, shown here.
The Sonic the Hedgehog x Timberland boot is essentially the standard wheat boot but has the popular video game character engraved on the side towards the heel and on the hang tag. The shoelaces have also been swapped out for a blue pair reminiscent of the hedgehog.
It's worth mentioning that the collaborators have confirmed that there are only 30 pairs of the boot releasing and it will only be available at the Timberland Shibuya Parco store in Tokyo.
Also launching as part of the collab are Sonic the Hedgehog x Timberland short and long-sleeve t-shirts, which are also limited to 50 pieces per style.
Readers will be able to cop the Sonic the Hedgehog x Timberland boots on Saturday, Aug. 9, for 38,500 yen, which roughly converts to $260.
