Salehe Bembury and New Balance have reconnected to collaborate on the beloved 992, as evidenced by the retailer images shown here.
The upcoming Salehe Bembury x New Balance 992 appears to once again reference the great outdoors as the inspiration behind the color scheme. The sneaker features a blue-based mesh upper that's paired with hairy suede overlay panels dressed in green and grey hues. Bembury's namesake branding is represented by a small tab next to the "N" logo on the lateral side. Completing the look is a green Abzorb-cushioned midsole and a black outsole. The collab also comes with a special box that has a graphic of a reservoir, which could be the inspiration behind the project.
While the collaboration has yet to be unveiled by the two entities, the London-based sneaker boutique Offspring shows the sneaker releasing on January 1, 2026, for £220.
UPDATE (02/09): After releasing overseas last month, Bembury has confirmed that his “Calm Be The Crater” New Balance 992 is dropping again on Feb. 12 at Salehebembury.com. Grab a closer look at the collab below.
