This past weekend, the wildly popular Family Style food festival returned to LA’s State Historic Park, with the latest installment being the first time since Complex's acquisition of the event in May. One of the partners for the event was Kids of Immigrants, who took this opportunity to not only highlight some of its favorite street vendors in LA but also tease its upcoming Nike Air Max Sunder collab.

Kids of Immigrants worked with Nike to bring local food vendors to the festival, which included Avenue 26 Tacos, Mariscos Marias, Rubie, and Uptown Provisions. The vendors also helped tease the clothing brand's upcoming Air Max Sunder and were the first ones to receive the collab, as seen in the images here.

At the time of writing, firm release details for the Kids of Immigrants x Nike Air Max Sunder have yet to be announced by the two entities. Check back soon for official updates.

UPDATE (11/05): Official images of the upcoming Kids of Immigrants x Nike Air Sunder collabs have emerged. A release date for the styles has yet to be announced by either of the parties involved.

UPDATE (12/23):Following last month’s release of both the “Sunrise” and “Sunset” Kids of Immigrants x Air Sunder colorways at ComplexCon, SNKRS Pass in NYC, and via raffle on KOI’s online store, Nike has confirmed that the orange "Sunrise" makeup of the project is releasing again on Friday, Dec. 27, via SNKRS and at select retailers for $190.
