Jordan Brand just unveiled its latest performance basketball model with the introduction of the Jordan Heir Series, shown here.
According to Michael Jordan's namesake brand, the Heir Series was designed based on feedback from over 15 women athletes on its roster, but the silhouette is meant to be worn by all hoopers.
The Jordan Heir Series is the lowest-cut shoe currently in the brand's lineup and features a combination of mesh and a flexible cage on the sides. The shoe is also equipped with a drop-in Cushlon 3.0 midsole designed to keep the feet low to the ground but also responsive for cutting and running.
"We’re currently witnessing a pivotal and transformative era for sports, especially women’s sports," Rhyne Howard, Atlanta Dream guard and Jordan Brand athlete, said. "This shoe allows us to leverage our understanding of how women play to create products that can benefit all athletes and push the entire sport landscape forward."
Readers who are interested in the Jordan Heir Series can pick up a pair now at Jordan.com for $110.
