Division Street’s Ducks of a Feather (DOAF) is partnering with Flight Club once again to release one of their most limited sneaker projects to date.
Just moments ago, the collaborators unveiled their “Tokyo” DOAF x Nike Air Max 1, which is limited to only 300 pairs. The sneaker is a new version of legendary designer Tinker Hatfield’s “Ducks of a Feather” Air Max 1 from 2022. It dons a grey-based hue that the brands say is inspired by “Tokyo’s philosophy of simplicity,” while the neon accents on the heel and eyelets reference the bright lights in Shibuya and Harajuku. The multicolored Swoosh pays homage to the various individuals who represent the Oregon Ducks.
The drawing for the “Tokyo” DOAF x Nike Air Max 1 will run from Tuesday, June 23 to Friday, June 26, exclusively in-store and online at Flight Club Tokyo, with the release taking place on Sunday, June 28. The store is also hosting a meet and greet with Hatfield during the final day of the drawing, with more details to be announced on Flight Club’s Instagram at a later date.
