Action Bronson Focuses on Performance for Next New Balance Collab

After releasing several lifestyle-focused sneakers with New Balance, Action Bronson is switching things up for his next collab, shown here.

The latest Baklava x New Balance drop will pivot towards performance and features the FuelCell Rebel running shoe ($170) and the M10 Minimus trail shoe ($150). The first pair dons a predominantly orange upper offset by a light orange "N" logo on the sides along with a grey-colored midsole. The latter shoe comes in a two-tone grey and blue upper paired with orange shoelaces and a multi-colored midsole.

"Performance is my lifestyle. Every day I train to be a better human being for any obstacle that gets in my way, so I’m able to overcome mentally, physically, emotionally. Having the right grip on the ground, having your feet steadily placed on the face of the earth is very important to me," Action Bronson said. "I made these shoes because I actually perform. I need them. I need them to train. I need them to run. Yeah, they look amazing, but it's all about the performance. This is all about bridging the gap between lifestyle and performance. My job is to push forward, break boundaries."
