Jordan Brand will rerelease the original white, black, and true red Air Jordan 13, famously known as the "He Got Game" colorway, next year. News of the upcoming retro was first reported by Sneaker Files, @zSneakerheadz, and @Sneakermarketro on Instagram.
The 2026 "He Got Game" Air Jordan 13 retro (style code: IR0973-100) is currently slated to return sometime next summer, but given its far out release a firm date has yet to be revealed.
The style gets its name as it was worn by Denzel Washington's character Jake Shuttlesworth, in the film He Got Game in 1998 as well as by Michael Jordan during the 1997-98 NBA season. The sneaker sports a predominantly black and white upper, offset by red hits on the tongue's Jumpman logo and outsole. The upcoming version is expected to be a straightforward retro, but images of the 2026 retro have yet to leak.
