Joining the debut "With Love" colorway that was previewed this summer, Anthony Edwards' Adidas AE 2 is also coming in a Minnesota Timberwolves-inspired colorway.
Dubbed "Blue Burst," the sneaker has blue mesh panels at the midfoot of the upper and is paired with light green accents at the toe box and on the AE and Adidas logo heel. The rest of the upper dons a black-based color scheme, while grey TPU paneling appears at the forefoot and extends down to the outsole and up the heel.
Edwards and Adidas unveiled his AE 2 signature shoe in Asia this summer as part of his "Believe That. Tour." During various stops across China, fans in attendance were able to secure early pairs of the sneaker ahead of its global launch this fall.
Despite images of the sneaker surfacing, release details for the "Blue Burst" AE 2 have not yet been announced by either Adidas or Edwards. Check back soon for official updates in the coming weeks.
UPDATE (10/20): Adidas has confirmed that the "Blue Burst" AE 2 will be released on Oct. 25 at Adidas.com, Footlocker.com, and at select retailers for $130.
