After paying homage to the legendary "Snow Beach" Polo pullover, Just Blaze and Packer Shoes have teamed back up with Saucony for yet another Ralph Lauren-inspired sneaker collaboration.
This time around, they turn their attention to the colors found on the storied Polo "Casino" button-up from the early '90s as they take on the Saucony Grid SD. Saturated with a heavy dose of red suede and nylon mesh, this sneaker is accented by green and yellow overlays, leaving little question as to their original inspiration. Details come in the form of "00" and "36" heel embroidery, representing the first and last numbers on a roulette wheel, along with co-branding on the side panels.
Packer Shoes has announced that this collab will be launched at a special pop-up shop at 118 Orchard St in the Lower East Side of New York City on Friday, October 16. Further details pertaining to the release will be made available next week.
