The Dragon Ball Z x Adidas Originals collaboration is still months away from releasing, but that hasn't stopped select styles of the collection from leaking. As anticipation picks up, the latest preview centers around the menacing villain Cell.
A fitting rival for the recently-revealed "Goku" ZX 500 RM, Cell's sneaker is the Prophere model. Based on images shared on Argentinian online marketplace MercadoLibre, we can see that the style makes the most of its knit upper with a pattern that mimics Cell's spotted skin. The green-based Prophere also makes liberal use of purple with navy filling in the sockliner and heel counter.
Release dates for the Dragon Ball Z x Adidas collab have not been confirmed by the brand, but it's expected to begin dropping this fall, with this particular Prophere colorway slated for a September launch.
