With the holiday season in full swing, Nike and Jordan Brand are providing a ton of worthy releases this weekend.
Drops kick off on Thursday with the first retro of the Nike Air Max Triax 96, two colorways of the Nike Joyride Setter in collaboration wih Alyx's Matthew M. Williams, and the "Wizenard" Kobe IV Protro. On Friday, the "Win/Win" LeBron 17, Edison Chen x Air Jordan I Mid, and "Zoom Fearless" Air Jordan I all arrive at select retailers.

Nike Air Max Triax 96

What You Need to Know: Nike is bringing back an Air Max from the '90s for the first time that some may not be too familiar with. The Air Max Triax 96 returns in two OG colorways this Thursday. Each is dressed in a black mesh and white leather upper with either red or blue accents. A visible Air Max unit housed in the heel portion of the midsole completes the design.
MMW x Nike Joyride Setter
Price: $200
When: Thursday, Dec. 5 at 10 a.m.

What You Need to Know: Matthew M. Willaims continues his partnership with Nike with two new colorways of the Joyride Setter. One pair is dressed in a silver and red colorway remeniscent of the "Silver Bullet" Air Max 97, while the other opts for a blacked out look. Minimal co-branding can be seen on the tongue tab and heel panel. The footwear will be accompanied by matching apparel including parkas and sherpa jackets.
Nike Kobe IV Protro 'Wizenard'

What You Need to Know: Rather than retro an original colorway of the Kobe IV once again for its upgraded Protro series, Nike has taken inspiration from Kobe Bryant's post-NBA career for its latest release. The "Wizenard" colorway is covered in a multi-colored pattern inspired by the cover art for his first young adult fantasy novel, The Wizenard Series: Training Camp. Black Swooshes, blue Kobe logos on each tongue, and colorful outsole paneling completes the colorful look.
Nike LeBron 17 'Win/Win'

What You Need to Know: LeBron James' latest signature release is inspired by women's basketball. The women's basketball teams from Christ the King, Fairfax, and St. Vincent-St. Mary’s High School all had input on the "Win/Win" LeBron 17. The team colors of each school have been fused, and are represented on the heel portion of its Knitposite upper. A three-dimensional lion's head on the tongue, gold Swoosh, and gold Air bag accent the tan upper.
Edison Chen x Air Jordan I Mid 'Fearless'

What You Need to Know: The final Air Jordan I Mid releasing from the "Fearless" collection arrives this Saturday. It is also one of the most anticipated. This pair was designed by Clot's Edison Chen. A white nylon upper covered in a pattern mimics the popular Air Force 1 releases Clot has provided fans in the past. Like those, a second layer is hidden beneath that can be revealed when tearing away certain panels. A gradient black Swoosh, green Chinese token dubrae, and red outsole complete Chen's intricate design.
Air Jordan I High 'Zoom Fearless'

What You Need to Know: Capping off Jordan Brand's "Fearless" collection is an upgraded take on the Air Jordan I High. The pair is covered in an iridescent upper, icy outsole that acts as a window to a gradient-faded surface, special coding on each lateral heel, and redesigned "Zoom Air" tongue tags. The tweaked logo is a nod to the Zoom Air cushioning added to the midsole, a first for the iconic high-top in its original form.
A Ma Maniere x Nike Air Force 1 Collection
Price: $170-$180

What You Need to Know: A Ma Maniere is dropping off a duo of Air Force 1 collabs this week. Both the high and low versions fuse multiple materials including elephant print leather, 3M, and high-haired suede. A Ma Maniere logos on each heel, iridescent hardware, and suede wrapped midsoles complete each pair. Only 5,269 Lows and 5,915 Highs have been produced, with each one being individually numbered.
Nike 2019 Doernbecher Freestyle Collection

What You Need to Know: The latest installment of Nike's annual Doernbecher Freestyle collection includes special designs of the Air Jordan XIV, Nike SB Zoom Janoski RM, React Element 55, Air Max Triax 96, Zoom Pegasus Turbo 2, and Air Force 1 Low. As always, proceeds from each young patient's design will be donated to the OHSU Doernbecher Children’s Hospital.
Nike Kyrie 6 'Enlightenment'

What You Need to Know: The "Enlightenment" Kyrie 6 is dressed in a purple suede and mesh upper. A translucent red heel panel, multi-colored Kyrie tongue logo, and colorful stitching by the eyelets accent the design. An eye logo, a signature of Kyrie Irving's signature line, can also be seen stamped into the lateral side panel at certain angles.
