What You Need to Know: Converse's first collaborative project with Vince Staples consists of a Chuck '70 Hi and Chuck '70 Ox inspired by his 2017 album Big Fish Theory. The high top sports a black canvas and orange branding hits, while the low is orange with black accents. Both pairs sport tonal "Vince Staples" embroidery on the medial collar, "SEA" written on the heel tab as a nod to Staples' brand and Beats 1 podcast Section Eight Arthouse Broadcast System, and a translucent outsole that acts as a window to the Big Fish Theory album art. What You Need to Know: Nike is releasing its first collaborative project with Kendrick Lamar this week ahead of this weekend's Grammy Awards. The canvas for the release is a shoe deeply connected to west coast culture, the Cortez. Inspired by his 2017 project Damn., this pair's white leather upper is accented with red stitching that spells out "DAMN." on the lateral side and creates the classic Swoosh branding on the medial side. The pair also remixes the usual branding on the tongue to say "DAMN" instead of "NIKE" as well. The pair is completed with a black nylon tongue and red Nike branding on the heel tabs.

What You Need to Know: As a part of its celebration of the 50th anniversary of the Suede, Puma has collaborated with a brand synonymous with '90s hip-hop, Fubu, for a special pair of the brand's iconic model. The pair sports a black velour upper, red accents, and a gold Fubu logo on the lateral heel. It will be releasing alongside matching apparel.
Hanon x Reebok Workout Lo Plus 'Belly's Gonna Get Ya'

What You Need to Know: Hanon's latest collaboration with Reebok is inspired by a classic Reebok commercial from the UK. The outcome was a sneaker literally inspired by a beer belly. Flesh-toned suede and white pebbled leather to represent cellulite make up a majority of the upper. Indigo denim is used on the eyelets, mid panel, and heel to represent the jeans the gut is busting out of. Other details include red branding tabs on the heel to represent the tag on a pair of Levi's, a yellow bar towel inner lining, leather insole, and special graphics on the tongue tag and insole as well.

What You Need to Know: The first part of Diamond Supply Co.'s collaboration with Puma will consist of the classic Suede silhouette covered in the skate brand's signature black and teal color scheme. Diamond logos will be present on the tongue tags. They will release in sizes for the whole family alongside a capsule of apparel. The drop will also feature a pink and black Suede with Diamond branding, multiple colorways of the Clyde that sport a rubber toe cap and Diamond logos cut into the heel, and black and white Sky II Los with gum bottoms.
Adidas Crazy BYW LVL 1

What You Need to Know: Adidas' brand new basketball model combines its modern Boost cushioning with its Feet You Wear technology from the '90s. The result is the BYW (Boost You Wear) LVL 1. The model uses a black knit upper with purple and white accents. The Boost will be separated into three outsole pods designed to match the natural movement of the foot and provide a chunkier aesthetic than prior models with a full-length Boost midsole. This weekend's original release will be highly limited, but a wider global release is scheduled to take place on Feb. 15.
