Supreme's Nike SB Gato Collab Is Dropping on SNKRS

Supreme is having itself a very noteworthy day. The brand's iconic box logo donned the cover of the New York Post, it released the preview of its upcoming Fall/Winter 2018 collection, and now images of its what will reportedly be its next Nike collab have hit the net.

Thanks to noted Supreme leaker @DropsByJay, there is a look at two colorways of the Nike5 SB Lunar Gato Indoor. White and grey leather interpretations of the indoor soccer shoe feature ribbed side panels, Supreme branding on the tongue and insole, and gum bottoms.

Like many of the streetwear giant's collabs with the Swoosh ( like last season's Zoom Streak Spectrum Plus), it has once again chosen to put some hype around a less-appreciated model that likely wouldn't be turning any heads without the substantial cosign.

An official release date has not been announced for the project, but expect them to sell out on a Thursday morning in the near future.

UPDATE (08/27): Supreme has officially unveiled its latest Nike collaboration—four pairs of the Nike SB Gato. The soccer-turned-skate shoe will be offered in red, white, black, and blue colorways with gum bottoms. Each features Supreme's signature box logo branding on the tongue, side panel, and insole along with "World Famous" written across the heel. The pack releases at Supreme stores and supremenewyork.com on Thursday, Aug. 30 for $110 each.

UPDATE (08/31): After selling out online and in-store at Supreme this past Thursday, the streetwear brand's latest Nike SB Gato collaboration will be receiving a second drop on Nike SNKRS. All four pairs will be up for grabs on Friday, Sept. 7 for $110 each.
