European retailer Size is adding to its exclusive Adidas Archive series. The latest installment is a take on the Gazelle Indoor and it's made for the rain.
A black canvas upper lined with waterproof Gore-Tex material is used in place of the usual suede to make the model more functional in adverse weather conditions. The pair is accented with black suede on the Three Stripes, toe cap, and eyelets. A tonal leather heel tab and midsole complete the design. Minimal contrast comes in the form of silver foil branding on the mid panel and tongue. Further differing from the original Gazelle model, the Gazelle Indoor features a modified outsole composed of Trefoil logos and suction cups as opposed to the typical hexagon-based traction pattern.
The Size x Adidas Indoor Gazelle will be available on Friday, Nov. 2 via Size stores and the Size Previews app. Retail is set at £90 (app. $114).
