New colorways of the Nike Kyrie 5 keep piling up. After yesterday's news of an upcoming collaboration with Boston boutique Concepts, another look at this pair with "Galaxy" accents has surfaced.
This makeup of Kyrie Irving's fifth signature model covers the upper in a navy blue mesh with metallic silver branding used on the Swoosh and Kyrie logo on the tongue. The main feature of this pair is the multi-colored galaxy pattern on the Venus Flytrap-inspired lockdown system. Additional details include a tonal Eye of Providence on the heel and multi-colored sections on the outsole. While nothing has been confirmed, the color scheme is rumored to be loosely inspired by the hit animated series Rick and Morty.
According to US11, this Nike Kyrie 5 is currently slated for a Dec. 15 release date. Expect the performance model to retail at its usual price of $130.
