Nike is bringing back another popular model from its extensive archive. This time, the Swoosh is reintroducing 1987's Air Safari model in two colorways.
Both the OG orange and black and a new all-black colorway of the pair that introduced safari print to the sneaker world will be hitting retailers this month. The OG stays true to the '87 with black leather side panels and Swoosh branding, an orange leather toe box and lining, and the aforementioned safari print wrapping the toe and heel. Meanwhile, the all-black pair transforms the model with a tonal color scheme that even blacks out the safari print panels for a more subtle approach.
Most recently, the Air Safari made a retro run in 2012 that outfitted the late '80s runner with a fair amount of new colorways.
The Nike Air Safari makes its official return on March 14 via Nike SNKRS and other select retailers. Each pair will retail at $140.
