The Nike Air Max 98 has surfaced in a brand new colorway.
This pair outfits the multi-paneled upper of the 1998 runner in various cuts of suede. Light grey suede is used for the base layer, while a darker shade of grey hairy suede is used on the mid panel, toe, top eyelet, and tongue. A striped leather mud guard completes the upper. The same striped pattern appears on the insole. Lava Glow hits are used throughout to give this toned-down color scheme a bright pop of color.
Look for this premium execution of the Nike Air Max 98 to hit select retailers in the coming months for $160. An exact release date has yet to be announced.
