Under Armour's Hovr technology has been the brand's recent go-to cushioning for basketball and running with the release of the Hovr Havoc and Phantom models but an upcoming adaptation of the concept sees it taking a leap to the world of long distance running.

The most recent addition to the Hovr line, the Infinite, doesn't drop until early 2019, but information regarding the structural makeup of the shoe is available now. Named for the number of miles Under Armour claims it can withstand from the wearer, the sneaker stakes its bold claim on the full-length Hovr midsole. It utilizes additional features like a lightweight mesh upper, deep flex groove outsole, and 3D molded sock liner

The Under Armour Hovr Infinite drops globally on Feb. 1 for a retail price of $120 in men's and women's sizing.
