The Daily Show is on the sneaker beat now, at least for an episode. We saw a segment that Hasan Minhaj did with DJ Khaled where the two of them renamed sneakers. Now there's another clip where Minhaj talks to Josh Luber, founder of Campless, the sneaker stock market data base, and Khaled's personal sneaker plug, Benjamin Kickz.

In the video, Minhaj goes to a sneaker event and refers to a pair of Yeezy Boosts as "water moccasins." He also finds out that the sneaker resale market is worth $1.2B, and then proceeds to lick the sole of a "Bred" Air Jordan 1 and creases up a pair in front of footwear collectors.
