How it is that you have such a solid collection?

Air Jordan XX

10. Air Jordan XX

Adam says: "When these first dropped, I wasn't really feeling them. Until I tried

them on. Just another example of the Jordan team pushing the envelope in

sneaker innovation, with the Podular-Suspension technology. I still

find myself digging for a pair of these when a pick up game breaks out."

Nike Air Max 90

9. Nike Air Max 90

Adam says: "I remember my Uncle showing up in the O.G. Infrared colorway at a family

reunion when I was like 10. It was love at first sight with that accent

around the air bubble."

Air Jordan XII Retro "Flu Game"

8. Air Jordan XII Retro "Flu Game"

Adam says: "The XIIs, in pretty much any colorway, hold a special spot for me. I

wore the Taxi and Cherry colorways in my Senior pictures the year I

graduated High School. When they released the Flu Games in ’09, it

brought back those memories of when I was young and hungry for the next

pair of Mikes. The timeless image of Money collapsed under Scottie's

arm made any fan recognize that Mike was extra special. Sorry Utah

fans."

Air Jordan VIII Retro

7. Air Jordan VIII Retro

Adam says: "As

much as I loved the Air Raids when they dropped, I was a bigger fan of

Mike. Still one of my favorites and these still get heads to turn."

Air Jordan V Retro

6. Air Jordan V Retro

Adam says: "This was the model that really started it all for me. I was already

being a fan of Michael Jordan, but I didn't quite understand why his shoes

were more expensive. I didn't care. Girls were noticing my skinny

frame with these."

Nike Air Force Max B

5. Nike Air Force Max B

Adam says: "Sir Charles, you may have not been a role model, but your signature line

of sneakers where always clean, yet tough enough for us post players.

Plus I messed with the Fab Five. Go Blue!"

Air Jordan VII Retro

4. Air Jordan VII Retro

Adam says: "The shoulder shrug against Portland in the Finals. The OG Bourdeax

colorway co-starring the cockiest cartoon rabbit. Or this colorway for

the Barcelona Olympics. Need I say more?"

Nike Air Max 95

3. Nike Air Max 95

Adam says: "Again, thanks to my Uncle Art for bringing these into my life. The color

blocking, the protruding air bubble in the back, PLUS air pockets in the

forefoot? Yes, please!"

Air Jordan III Retro

2. Air Jordan III Retro

Adam says: "People may not realize how important this shoe was. Had it not been for

the 3s, Mike might have left Nike and gone to another company. Aside

from all of his accolades from the season, the 3s "cemented" Mike with

the Swoosh and forever changed the way many of us view sneakers to this

day!"

Nike Air Force 1 Low

1. Nike Air Force 1 Low

Adam says: "Long before Nelly made the hit song, I was introduced to the Air Force

1. Preferring the lows, and riding the hype of the aforementioned song,

any colorway I could dream of was popping up to match any outfit one

could throw together. I watched my collection of Forces go from three

pairs in 1998, to now well over 80 pairs. I still don't think I have a

favorite. When in doubt, I pull the Uptowns out."
